The King William Inne at Catcott played host to the Community Lunch organised by Catcott Village Association.

The Village Association has traditionally subsidised a meal for the over 65s in the village but last year was cancelled due to COVID and this year the CVA has not been able to run fund raising events so the subsidised meal was replaced by an unsubsidised lunch which was originally planned for January but had to be postponed due to the Delta variant.

It finally took place on Friday the 18th of March and a lovely meal it was! So nice to be able to meet up as a village again to enjoy a chat over a plate of food.

Our thanks to Emma and the staff at the King Billy we had a lovely time.
