DESCRIPTION:The well-loved Open Garden event remains a significant part of our village heritage attracting 200 to 300 visitors from Catcott\, local Polden villages\, across all of Somerset and also from further afield. \nNumerous picturesque private gardens alongside a number of associated village events will open for this one-day event on 22nd June between 12.30 & 18.00. \nVisitors always comment about how much they appreciate being able to explore different garden styles and view such a variety of cherished plants in gardens ranging from huge to lovingly cared-for pocket handkerchief in size … making this such a very special event. \nIn addition to the open gardens\, you will have access to ample car parking: refreshments: Wheeler family vintage limousines: Free black taxi ‘stop me & drop-off’ route transport : Local ice cream sales: Scarecrows displayed around the village: Plant sales: Cream Teas: Climb St Peters Church Tower: Chloe Aston (The Bike Piano Girl who will be performing around the village) ….. and other elements yet to be confirmed \n….. But seeing is believing so please spend the day with us and be a part of supporting our village community. \nCatcott Village Association sends our thanks to all who have already confirmed your participation again this year but we very much welcome with open arms those of you who decide 2025 is the year when you will also participate in this enjoyable and fun-filled day. \nThe CVA and all Open Garden owners look forward to welcoming you to this village event which supports future village community activities. \nemail opengardens@catcottvillage.co.uk        Voicemail 01278589307    www.catcottvillage.co.uk \n
