Catcott Village Association has delivered the hampers that the people of Catcott and surrounding villages had donated items for and money to fill.

Three hampers were delivered to the surgery so that all the staff at Edington and Woolavington would receive something.

One hamper was delivered to Catcott Primary school

and one to Wellfield house.

All three front line services also received gifts of Cakes and Wines.

The hampers were a real surprise to the recipients who were overwhelmed by the generosity of the local people and the realisation that  so many people really appreciate how they have been caring for us throughout the pandemic. Thank you to all who contributed to this appeal. Special thanks the Luttrell Trust for their generous donation and to Janet Holden who made so many lovely Easter biscuits.

The Bags that we delivered to Musgrove Park Hospital have been delivered to A&E, mortuary, ITU, Barrington and also Hestercombe and Montachute in Jubilee as they also cared for Covid patients, and to the Beacon staff who kept services running. All staff were absolutely thrilled and loved the card with each one.

We have received many notes of thanks from the staff at all of the  places we delivered to and a lovely card from the surgery signed by the staff.
