The 28/11/25 Public Meeting resulted in the key outcome being an almost unanimous ‘Yes’ to the question:
“Do we want the King William to be a thriving Community Hub/Pub?”
The meeting concluded:
The King William Hub/Pub can be viable but only with strong Community support.
A Management Committee must be formed with additional volunteers
Committee volunteers required with certain skills, experience or enthusiasm
Volunteers needed to support the committee rather than join
Volunteers to help get the pub ready & take a shift when its open
Pledge financial support for future Crowdfunding
