More than 40 villagers gathered at the Village Hall, Edington for the annual Presentation Evening of awards for Catcott’s gardeners.

The results of the summer judging competition in a dozen categories were announced at the event. The gardens at Framptons in Manor Road scored a double success with the Judges’ Choice award and winning the Peoples’ Choice vote by visitors attending Open Gardens in July.

The winners of the spring judging were also presented with their trophies.

The gardens competitions are organised by the Catcott Village Association.

The awards were presented by Fay Ridgill who was one of three judges for the summer competition.
