Friday 28th September saw our annual awards night at the Village Hall Edington to celebrate the prized gardens of Catcott. With 17 awards for the different categories of Garden, one award for the Scarecrows and one for the Sunflowers and the award for outstanding contribution to the village, all organised by Janet, together with certificates for all the runners up there was plenty of excitement as the results were announced. A fine buffet meal was served up by the members of the CVA lead by our catering expert Elaine and with a raffle and Wayne’s quiz the evening was enjoyed by all.
This event was open to all who took part in Open Gardens.
