Small yellow signs have recently appeared in various locations around Catcott Village. Each one carries a little joke that brings a smile in these “unprecedented” times . Who is the mysterious joker? and how did they acquire their sense of fun?
We may never know the true identity of this Banksy like phantom but we have to thank them for bringing a welcome sense of fun during the lockdown.
