The Village Hall Edington was decorated in style with exotic eastern embroidered drapes and jolly Indian flag bunting on Saturday as over 100 people attended Catcott Curry Night and enjoyed a great evening out with tasty curries made mostly by Elaine ably assisted by Lucy with additions from Wayne, Sandra and Janet.

Volunteers from Catcott Playing Field association were on their feet all evening attending to the demands of the bar.

Live music was provided by Row, Andy and Louise who stepped in at the last minute.

Echo Discos put on a super disco getting everyone up on the dance floor doing their thing.

Thanks also to Mike, Paul, Sandra and Adrian, Rachael, Vicky and Jackie for everything from printing posters and tickets, supplying the bar, sourcing the candles and preparing the hall to running the raffle and washing up. Well done Craig for working so well on the clearing up, good luck with the trip!

It takes a lot of work by volunteers to put on such a successful event and we will never refuse offers of help. Look out for our AGM in the new year if you want to find out how you might be able to support us.

Apologies if I have missed anyone in the list of thanks.
